My Ring keypad (generation 2) did not work out of the box. The keypad was completely dead, even after charging overnight and switching Micro USB cables. I called Ring tech support and they sent a new Ring Keypad, along with a USP return label to send back my bad keypad or else I'd be charged $50. Just wondering about how long it takes to receive the new Keypad from Ring?
