How long does it take to get a refund from Evo.com?

How long until I'll receive a credit card refund from EVO.com after returning some items via UPS?

I sent back a helmet I ordered from EVO as a Christmas gift, because it was too small. It was sent back via UPS pre-paid shipping label on Dec. 29th, and finally received an email confirmation on Jan. 12th from EVO that the received the helmet and are processing the cash refund to my credit card. So that took 2 weeks, but this is the busiest time of year due to Christmas returns.
