How long does it take for Backcountry.com to process a refund to my credit card?

I sent back an jacket to Backcountry.com and was wondering how long it takes to get the credit card refund?

I actually made a return to Backcountry.com using their UPS pre-paid shipping label on Dec. 29th, and got an email confirmation on Jan. 12th from Backcountry.com that they received the item and are processing the credit card refund. So it basically took 2 weeks, but keep in mind this is the busiest time of year due to Christmas returns. So it may take a little quicker during slower times of the year.
