The easiest way is looking up various portals which offer used cars for sale. Then there is a traditional way of looking around used car dealerships around your vicinity. I had been looking for an affordable used vehicle in a strict budget of 5 grand. I eventually got many options at http://www.automotix.net/bargain_cars/for_sale.html and setted down for a 2006 Jeep Cherokee for $2700.

Well there are many places where you can buy a used car from junkyards to salvage yards, but the most convenient method is to buy from online dealers.
