What is the best way to get rid of Red Wine stains on carpet or clothing?

The best way to clean off Red Wine stains from your carpet, table cloths or clothing, is to combine an equal amount of Dawn dish soap and Hydrogen peroxide. Mix together and then pour on the stain to soak. Once mixture has soaked into the stain, scrub out the stain with water.
