To change the startup page that first appears when you open Google Chrome for the first time do the following:

1) Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
2) Select Settings.
3) In the "On Startup" section, select "Open a specific page or set of pages", then click "Set pages"
4) Add a new page, by Entering the URL in the box, then click "OK". To delete pages, hover over the URL and click the "x" button.
