Why is my kitten so clingy with me?

Is there something wrong with my kitten? Is it okay for it to be so attached to me?

If your kitten grew up with you, it is safe to say that it probably considers you its parent. This is why it acts “clingy” towards you. She trusts and loves you completely and that is a good thing. There is nothing wrong with this although it would be nice to gradually introduce some new people to her just so she doesn’t act out when there are other people around.
