Removing cherry angiomas with canned air?

I read where someone removed his cherry angiomas with a blast from canned air like you would use to clean a camera or keyboard. Does anyone know how to do this?

When the compressed air comes out, it sucks up heat as it expands. You can direct the compressed air against the angioma with the thin tube and it will freeze/go white. This is a poor man's version of the liquid nitrogen the doctor would use. Some people have had good results with the angioma disappearing 1/2 weeks after freezing it solid because the blood vessels are more fragile than the surrounding skin.
