I want to retrived my deleted messages on facebook?

Unfortunatly I deleted my message within chatting. Its most important messages of my life. today I want to delete a message but unfortunatly I choose the wronge option to delete a single message. I choosen 'delete' instead of 'delete selected' so I lost my all messages.. So please help me to retrived those messages. Help me in this case to get back my messages...

Unfortunately, you cannot retrieve deleted messages on facebook. Deleting a message permanently removes it from your inbox. Once it is deleted, it can't be recovered.
Facebook displays a pop-up warning when you delete a message saying that it cannot be retrieved any more.
You might see opinions on the Internet saying that messages can be recovered but I have never seen any proof of that.
