No, typically on Martin Luther King Jr Day (Monday) all US post offices and federal offices are closed for the holiday, so homes and businesses will not get regular mail.

That being said, mail may be delivered for some Amazon (one or two day shipping) packages and USPS Priority Mail Express packages.
