Invisalign is pretty hard to see unless someone gets up really close and knows about invisalign. Invisalign goes directly over your teeth so it's barely noticable. But sometimes little brackets are used with invisalign that go onto your front teeth, which invisalign will slide over. The brackets are used when your teeth are hard to move with just the regular invisalign liner.

I wore invisalign for over 6 months and no one ever said to me "do you have invisalign?". Not a single person noticed I had invisalign on my teeth (or at least they didn't say anything). Unless someone is looking for it, it really is not easy to tell when someone has invisalign.
