Is TimeWarner RoadRunner throttling YouTube videos. When I try to stream YouTube on my iPhone over WiFi, the streaming is slow, and stops and starts. However, if I go to 4G wireless, youtube streams fast. What's the deal with YouTube streaming on RoadRunner?
