It should be under "All Programs" in Windows 7. So click the following... Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft Security Essentials.
If you can't find it there, then run a windws search for "Microsoft Security Essentials". To do this in Windows 7: click Start -> then in the Search box type in "Microsoft Security Essentials" and press Enter.
