What wine goes well with Ceasar Salad?

What wine would you recommend to go with a Chicken Ceasar Salad?

You should be able to find a bottle of wine that goes well with Caesar Salad from these three white wine varietals:

- Sauvignon Blanc
- Albarino
- Chardonnay

If you've never had the Spanish wine varietal "Albarino", then you should certainly try it. I would highly recommend trying a bottle of "Albarino Rias Baixas Salneval". This wine will go with so many different types of foods (not just Caesar Salad), and is a good wine to drink on its own. It's also not an expensive wine, which is an added bonus...
