cme lower case can mean "come" to avoid using cum, ...since that's already a slang word with a different meaning all together...

CME to me means...

CROSSING MY EYES!!

Which is MY very own acronym that I invented, only because, I see EVERY single other definition of CME online EXCEPT my very own here!!

When I am in a situation where I am CROSSING MY EYES AND SHAKING MY HEAD...

It means that I am really frustrated and at a loss for words and wondering just WHEN the situation that I am in will be ALL over and done with and I can go on with the rest of my day and just leave that very frustrating situation ALL behind me and ALL forgotten indeed!!
