When a person (usually a guy) won't actually talk to you to your face, but they'll comment on your statuses/pictures, post on your wall, poke you, send you messages, like your posts, and Facebook chat you.

It is a condition in which a person is too cowardice and immature to properly socially interact with people in order to sort out differences and create meaningful relationships. This person is so narrow-minded that they believe their opinions are the right ones and they are not interested in knowing that they might be wrong. Facebook balls allows that person to "ignore", "unfriend", and "block" any upsetting information that might make them look like the self-centered idiot that they truly are.
