Many people are so conscious about how they look and one of their main concerns is the dark circles around their eyes and puffy eyes. Dark circles and puffy eyes can be caused by allergies, illness, heredity, aging and also lifestyle. Some people use creams with vitamin C, retinol and hydroquinone to hide the dark circles. Blepharoplasty is a medical procedure wherein the dermatologist removes the puffiness or injects fillers to improve the elasticity of the skin.

Some methods can help reduce or prevent puffy eyes and dark circles. One method is to get enough sleep, reduce alcohol and caffeine intake and make your house free from irritants or allergens that can cause irritations and itchiness.
