HOW DO I GET THE SITE SAFETY TO SHOW ON INDIVIDUAL WEBSITES AND NOT DISAPPEAR AFTER CLOSING THE TAB?

VERY FRUSTRATING BECAUSE NORTON SAYS IT'S SAFE AND THEN YOU GET A VIRUS OR KEYLOGGER. OR SITE HAS NEVER BEEN USED AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS THERE.
