I have Norton 360 as an anti-virus , I realised when the option norton safe web is enabled (green circle) , when going over the web site with the cursor (mouse) it cant be opened
and when norton safe web is off the web site can then be opned>
so the question is what is the use of me having norton total security on my computer but it cant open web pages??only works when its off
where is the security then??
