In winXp service pack3 & visual studio 2008 I get a warning in my project, it doesn't work on intelligence of any control?

In winXp service pack3:
&visual studio 2008
I getting warning's in my project , it does'nt work on intelligence of any control but it run show the output

at finally it show's warning's it's trouble with me it prbm going on last 3 day's

what is the problem, i need to help plz ...........
