To permanently delete a profile from your Xbox 360 follow these steps:

1. From the Xbox dashboard go to "My Xbox" -> and select "System Settings"
2. Now select "Memory" -> "Hard Drive" -> "Gamer Profiles"
3. Then select the Profile you want to delete
4. Finally select "Delete"
