Whether or not straight teeth will get you a better job is debatable. There is no question that looks do matter when interviewing for a new job and first impressions make lasting impressions. So having straight teeth and a nice smile will definitely be good when trying to get a better job. But ultimately, it will be more about your qualifications for the job than straight teeth, which will give you the best chance to get a better job.
