Can I train my dog in another language?

Is it possible to train my dog in another language? Will it confuse my dog?

Many dogs that are used by security personnel are trained in more than one language. It is possible to train your dog in another language, but it may be wiser to train it in one language first before teaching it in another as it may get confused if you did it simultaneously. Another option is to re-train your dog in a second language for a command you may have messed up in the first language.
