Can dogs eat the fatty part of raw beef?

Is it safe for dogs to eat the fatty part of raw beef? If so, how much and how often can I feed it to my dog?

While certain dog breeds such as the Dalmatian do not do well on beef fat or beef in general, most other dog breeds can be fed both raw beef and the fatty parts of it without a hitch. What is important is that they are not given too much of it in one sitting.
